Mihailo Dragojevic is a multimedia artist
born in Belgrade (ExYugoslavia) in 1984.
He graduated at Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara, Italy in 2008,
on the department of Arts of Multimedia (curated by T.Tozzi),
on the course curated by Massimo Cittadini (subject "TOTAL DESIGN").
After finishing animated short film "Reality" in 2005, Mihailo had his first
solo exhibition, a video art performance project, entitled "YU Underground",
curated by Federico Bucalossi in Florence (Italy).
In 2008 he took part in his first, this time, collective art exhibition
"Malaspinarte '08" in Massa (Italy), curated by artist Antonio Vilasi.
From 2005/2011 he participated on many graphic design, web & video
related projects for and with individual contemporary artists world wide.
(Artists were Domenico Ludovico, Choi Dae Sung, Emanuele Rivieri,
Gent Pipa, HR-Stamenov, Felice Serreli, Aldi Zgiani, Elio Alfano,
Gianni Caruso, Boris Dragojevic, T-Yong, Lorenzo Vignoli,
Gerald Sohn, Zoran Grinberg, Gregor Zupanc, Gabriele Dini,
Simone Miletta, Namsal Siedlecki, and Sandro Del Pistoia)
From 2006/2009 Mihailo was working as a freelancer
(on web & graphic designs, flash animations, videos) on
commercial projects for various design companies and in 2006.
his old website was publicated in the international book
for the best web designs world wide "Web Design Index 6".
From 2009/2010 he made a solo project
(a collection of some 40 single artistic video montages,
based on philosophy and psychology of modern age culture).
From 2009 to 2011 he made videos for music groups:
Schizophrenic Reality, DJ Tashi, Ali Marxizam.
In 2012 he wrote and designed his first
story/manifest, a small book entitled "ANIMA".
Mihailo is working on his own art projects and
as a freelance designer and filmmaker
for others when needed.
